For returns, orders placed between 11/1/23-12/31/23 can initiate returns/exchanges through 1/31/24. Returns and exchanges are valid within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed before 11/1/23. Refunds and Exchanges will not be processed until items are returned and inspected by the warehouse. All items must be returned in their original condition: tags attached, packaging intact, and product unworn & unwashed. If an item is damaged or defective, an email should be sent to info@kappa-usa.com with a picture of the item and its defect, along with the order number.

For shipping, please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship the order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 1-8 business days to be delivered, depending on the relation to the Los Angeles area and the shipping method selected at checkout. Free economy shipping is offered on orders $125+.

Please note, initial shipping charges and $10.00 return shipping fees are non-refundable. The company is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. As of 9/27/23, the return fee was increased to $10 due to inflation and increased costs of shipping couriers.
